About Beth Cabrera

Beth is passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive. Dr. Cabrera’s expertise is grounded in years of experience teaching, conducting research, advising organizations, and coaching individuals on how to enhance well-being and performance. Her work has been published in leading academic and professional journals.

She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and held a tenured professorship at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She has also served on the faculty at Arizona State University and as a senior scholar at George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.

In 2009, Beth founded Cabrera Insights to bring evidence-based leadership development directly to the people and organizations that need it most.

Dr. Cabrera is a sought-after speaker available for keynote presentations, workshops, and leadership development programs.
